Brooker: Not at this moment, no. We’re currently in the middle of production for season seven, and things are quite hectic. We’re at a stage where some episodes are being completed, others are being filmed, and new ones are being prepared. Each episode has different directors and casts, making the process quite intense. But despite the pressure, it’s a fun job.
Q: Can you give us any hints about the themes or episodes in season seven?
Brooker: I’d love to, but I probably shouldn’t. However, I can share that we’ve just finished filming ‘Callister,’ and we’re starting on another episode. I’m genuinely excited about this season; we have a fantastic mix of stories and cast members. I’m currently writing the final episode, which is both thrilling and nerve-wracking since I should have finished it weeks ago! We’re polishing the score and the mix on one episode, and we’re trying something completely new that we’ve never done before—but I can’t reveal what it is just yet.
